Rockbrook Women’s Gym believes every woman needs to be armed with the basics of what it takes to be healthy.   That includes diet as it comprises 70-80% of your success on the scale.  Healthy living includes a well balanced diet and exercise and Rockbrook Women’s Gym has it all. 

Our diet and weight loss program includes a successful balance of diet and exercise putting you at the center of the program’s success.  The scale isn’t the only thing that defines you as a person but we apply good old fashion principles to our program.  Here is a what’s included in our successful weight management program:

  1. Initial consultation.
  2. Gathering of all of your personal biometrics.
  3. Delivery of caloric and nutritional balance specific to you.
  4. Fitness assessment of strength, aerobic condition, and core condition.
  5. Daily accountability of diet and exercise.
  6. Delivery of personal fitness plan.
  7. Weekly weigh in and progress check.
  8. Monthly workshops.

This program will keep you on track and we supply you with everything you need to be successful.  Is all it takes is a willingness to stay focused.
