Rockbrook Women’s Gym knows that busy women need to carve out time for themselves and with all the demands we face today, it is very difficult to even think about your health. The gym has installed a sophisticated security system to ensure access to your gym is no longer an issue of time constraints. We want to serve you and we can do that by offering each member access to their private gym 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no excuse to not carve out 30 minutes of your day to take care you the most important person in your life: YOU!
We have taken great care to ensure your safety while at the gym so we have installed a security system that ensures you are safe and only a press of a button away from emergency services if the need should arise. For your safety:
- 24 hour monitoring of the facility for emergencies.
- Facility is locked 24 hours a day whether staff is present in the facility or not
- Discrete entry with card key access for members only
- Remote monitoring from web cams
- External monitoring of the parking lot
- Well lit entry for comfortable access after dark
- Posted security and safety procedures located throughout the gym
- Wireless and wall mounted panic buttons in case of emergency
